As a college student, it seems like I print at least three papers, articles, ect. out every day. Unfortunately, I am beginning to see how this amount of printing has affected by budget (ink cartridges are expensive!). You can sometimes highlight only the text you want to print and in the print screen choose a setting to "print selection" only instead of the whole page. Lastly, you can sometimes even opt to not print out background colors and background images. I'm all about saving money, and ink is expensive!
